Great stay for one might....

Liked: Pool and hot tub were great, stylish interiors
Disliked: Smoky room, but got it taken care of

Liked: Location, pool, convenience of kitchen in room, staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Property is ready for refurbishment. Lobby furniture is sad around the fireplace. Room layout is awkward. We have found this in multiple Residence Inns. The huge work desk overpowers the room. Microwave use was physically awkward because of its location in the room. Carpet needed cleaning.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was great. Enjoyed the cozy room and the swimming pool and hot tub.
Disliked: Nothing.

Bad

Liked: The rooms were spacious
Disliked: Housekeeping was horrible, we couldn’t get anyone to clean our room our entire stay. The same piece of trash sat on the floor in the hallway the during our entire stay and no one made an attempt to clean ANYTHING. The housekeeper on duty was just pitiful. No ice-maker in the hotel. Hotel holds your funds for 7+ days after your stay.

Liked: Location and size of room
Disliked: We arrived late after a long day of travel only to find a dirty room, linens with stains, food and pubic hair in them, no towels and no soap/shampoo. The staff gave us new sheets that were so thin you could read a newspaper through them and told us we had to make the bed ourselves.
