Fantastic

Liked: The hotel is strategically located downtown, beautifully decorated, and offers large common areas indoors and out. Every corner is comfortable and enjoyable. The pool was well equipped and heated. The minimal hiccup was our room: beautiful but felt a little tight... after adding a pack & play for my 7 months old baby. Our bed was a little too cushy, probably what most people prefer, we like a firm mattress. But everything else was just great. Finally the staff was incredible and room service was outstanding. All our room requests were fulfilled in no time.

Liked: location to downtown mall was perfect for walking.
Disliked: The air/heat in room was not working properly. A staff member brought us a box fan after we exhausted efforts through the breaker box and tech help on the phone. We were in a suite whose garbage disposal was clogged and the smell was unpleasant. I left a coat in the closet and called twice about it (including the day of departure) with no call back. I was informed by general manager that the coat was gone.

a big disappointment

Liked: breakfast was Ok. the location was ok except the address did not match the reality of actually getting into the hotel. very confusing and could be a very bad introduction had the weather been disagreeable.
Disliked: Pets were allowed, but it is not pet friendly. there is no place on the hotel property to walk a dog and the sidewalks nearby were not cleared of ice. I could not regulate the temperature in the room so remained uncomfortable and the television was difficult to figure out even with staff help. I was watching the Presidents address and the TV turned off by itself. I felt controlled and helpless. The hotel decor is very cold.

Liked: Lovely hotel close to the Paramount Theater. The room was well appointed, spacious, and clean. The staff we encountered were pleasant and professional. Great place to stay for under $200/night

Liked: Excellent breakfast! The front desk staff when we arrived was friendly and courteous and very helpful. The suite we had was very clean, outfitted perfectly. The bed and the pillows very comfortable. The bathroom clean, spacious and modern.
Disliked: Everything was good.
