A clinic on guest relations

Liked: Let me say that the GM and the AGM were incredible. I immediately knew by the absolute frantic pace of the gentleman that someone must have called out or did not come to work. I am a 27 year veteran of the service industry and truly believe those two men went above and beyond to make sure the guests were cared for. Stunning display of work ethic and dedication to the brand. Bravo gentleman, Bravo.
Disliked: Fireplace didn’t work. Would have been nice on that 20 degree evening

Disliked: The Bathroom in the bedroom with the two Queen beds needs to be updated. Tub shower was gross!
