Liked: The location was great, but getting there was a nightmare. The traffic was absolutely horrible. Once we got near the hotel it was okay. I thought the room and location were great.
Disliked: The outside door closest to our room was not working so it made getting there a hassle but it wasn't the end of the world.

Not what we expect from...

Liked: Location. Also I love residence inn for the space and microwave and full size refrigerator
Disliked: This was not our normal Residence Inn experience. The room smelled bad the basin drained very slowly. The faucet was switched around so hot was cold and cold was hot. The Aircon was very loud and the icemaker in the refrigerator didn’t work but kept making loud noises.

Liked: I did not get breakfast at the hotel.The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was more than adequate for one person. It was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: n/aI was very satisfied with the accommodations.

Disappointing

Liked: Loud noises throughout the room AC compressor unit at the foot of the bed made more noise than it did cooling. Could not hear anything at all well after the toilet has been flushed
Disliked: I asked about all of my complaints and I was told all of the rooms are like that.
