We travel a lot and have stayed in many different hotels. Have to say this may have been the best place we've ever stayed in. We requested a handicapped room and hoped they could get us something close to the ground floor or elevator. The staff at front desk was very friendly and gave us a room right next to the elevator. We opened the door to find a very spacious room with a kitchen, sitting room, king bed and very large bathroom, all decorated beautifully. The bathroom had tons of bars to make me feel secure and the entire room was spotless. The bed was especially comfortable and even the towels were large and especially nice. The room rate was better than most in the area wich made it even better. We hated to leave!

Liked: I love the room how many amenities it had.
Disliked: The elevator near our room kept breaking.

Overall, wonderful experience.
Liked: Loved the little kitchen area in our room! Traveling with children we needed to sanitize bottles & it came in handy w the dish washer !
Disliked: Only issue is the bathtub as well as bathroom sink both didn’t drain well. So the water just pooled up!

Workers need to be vetted...
Liked: Upon arrival the young lady was very pleasant. The overall facility was clean and in an ideal spot for what I came to do.
Disliked: There was some fraudulent activity that was tried on my card right before leaving by someone at the hotel . I thought it was cleared up but when I looked at bank statements it appears that the same guy who "Cleared" up the problem may have been the problem. I had to change my banking information.
