Music was playing till 2:00 am - very loud. Had to pay for parking - $28.00 for 1 night.

Paid too much money to...

Liked: Big rooms comfortable bed
Disliked: One of the main selling points to me was the roof deck. Unbeknownst to me there was a wedding there Saturday night. This wedding made it unavailable. Sunday rolls around and we go to give it another shot; then we find out it’s not open Sunday’s. The guests pay way too much money to stay here and not have it available to them 2 days in a row. Even if the Sunday hours were abbreviated and not a full day with very limited service would’ve made it worth it. As a first time visitor to Charlotte this was literally the main reason of booking this hotel. Very disappointing.

Disliked: The elevators sometimes took so long so we used the stairs a lot.
