Music was playing till 2:00 am - very loud. Had to pay for parking - $28.00 for 1 night.

Liked: Location, cleanliness, security, amenities and the friendly staff♥️
Disliked: The bed linens could have been a little softer. Perhaps including that the check in location is on the 14th floor on the booking confirmation might be helpful/nice

Disliked: I made this reservation for my daughter and SIL and checked a box when making the reservation that said "making reservation for someone else". When my daughter arrived it took some time for her to call me and for me to call you people to get her name on the reservation before they would even talk to her at the hotel. It was inconvenient, and a hassle for her to have to go thru this to check in.I will not book with you again.
