Great place to stay

Liked: I really like the staff they were very friendly and helpful and really nice. And the room was nice as well, and I really liked the balcony.
Disliked: The only thing that could have been better about the room is the bathroom it could really use some remodeling.

Liked: The property is well-maintained, in a good location, and has a friendly staff. It also offers ample parking and spacious two-bedroom accommodations with a living room. The kitchen is well-stocked..

Liked: The hotel is very outdated, it is not all what we expected, very low quality.

Brilliant apart from the bedding...

Liked: Location, Ease of parking, Breakfast and outdoor heated swimming pool. It was overall great value for money.
Disliked: The sofa bed in a room for two adults (I was with my mother) had only one thin blanket and a pillow. It was like sleeping with a rag. However, the bed was had a duvet and was very comfortable for my mother.

They should improve all points...

Disliked: The bathroom is old, has a broken toilet lid, has loose the support of curtain)not safe).The sink at kitchen smells really bad.The all carpet are old, grimy and smells like garbage.

Liked: The location was great, close to downtown Charleston, but in a quiet area. It was a block from a greenspace running trail which was really nice. There was plenty of parking a good restaurants and a great grocery store within a short drive. Breakfast was good.
