Liked: Big room lots of space

Overall we enjoyed the stay...

Liked: Location was great for our reason to be there.Breakfast was very goodFriendly staff
Disliked: Hot tub was not workingIn one of our rooms the shower didn’t work. Had no pull to change it to shower

Liked: I called a few times and spoke to Ashley. She was very patient and kind to me. All the staff was wonderful to work with, very friendly.
Disliked: The carpet is frayed and needs to be replaced. The couch slip cover has a broken zipper and needs to be fixed or replaced.The wallpaper in the next to the shower is cominfmg off the wall and needs to be replaced.

Liked: very good location ,staff was great with kids, clean, nice room, food good. Nice decorations valentines. Cookies and cacao was a hit made kids feel special
Disliked: exit door broke in pool room and let cold in on us at pool and hot tub area had 5- 6- 6 year old's they had a great time Sunday night but went in pool again Monday and froze we tried exercise room and was 58 degrees to cold also
