Disliked: Iron was filthy and almost ruined my new shirt with black gunk. Employee was excellent in handling it and brought a brand new iron.

Disliked: I booked specifically for the pool so my grandkids and I could enjoy the pool. We were told the maintenance on the pool would not be completed until Monday, 3 days later. We were told to go to another hotel and use their pool. We didn’t even have a room reservation there! I asked to be comped at least one night for this issue. On checkout I reminded them I wanted comped one night of my 2 night stay due to no pool. The clerk said it was open…on checkout! No one let us know when it did open and they knew we wanted to swim. No communication at all. Still awaiting my email to be comped one night as I travel to Cedar Rapids to visit family often. Would stay again if this issue was resolved.

Liked: It was clean. The hot water was amazing! The staff were super nice. Our bed was comfortable. And the tv was perfect.
Disliked: Our door kinda stuck on the floor and our room was kinda musty. There isn’t a hot tub also.
