Liked: Location to the venue I was attending
Disliked: Hallways are very narrow, dark, really long for someone with a disability, and really tight. I’m claustrophobic. In addition, I requested an accessible room, which was not available when we arrived, so we went with a standard from rather than wait for an accessible room to be cleaned. There were a couple of duplicate charges on my bill that no one has explained even though I was told that someone would contact me. The property doesn’t respond to messages.

Light also lit up the room from the 2" space at the bottom of the door.
