The hotel is easy to get to; very clean and inviting. Room was ready when they said it would be. They even called within a few minutes of us being in our rooms to make sure everything was good. Never have I experienced that level of customer service before! It was great. The rooms were fantastic, spacious, clean and well laid out. It kind of felt like a home away from home, rather than a hotel away from home. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Calgary and would stay there again next time we are in Calgary.

Liked: Location next to golf course. Pet friendly. Nice room size. Breakfast.
Disliked: Several maintenance issues in our room (loose tile, oven warming drawer). Kitchen was nice but not enough cookware (baking for oven, dishes). Dishwasher was old and difficult to switch on. Room always smelled after any cooking despite using extractor fan.
