I liked the cleanliness and atmosphere of the hotel and the attentiveness of the employees. My visit to the hotel was wonderful.

Disliked: I am disappointed that I did not earn any Marriott points for my stay because I booked through ConcertHotels.

Disliked: The help from morning staff when she decided to charge me another pet fee for staying an additional day. So I checked out

Disliked: The pull out bed sagged halfway to the floor. The room was very worn with lots of peeling paint. It was not very clean.

Liked: the room was very spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: the unfortunate part was it smelled like someone just got done cooking a meal ... there could have been some air freshener used to help with the smell

Disliked: They could have done a better job with deep cleaning like scrubbing walls and shampooing the carpet also the pool only goes to 4ft my kids didn’t like that.
