From front desk to hotel...

Liked: Exceptional
Disliked: The mattress would tilt slightly when I got off the bed on the left side and I thought the bed was broken. I almost fell off thank God I didn’t other then that I slept towards the middle of the bed like a baby

Disliked: The location was a little farther than all my other places

Don’t think I would stay...

Liked: Staff was very friendly
Disliked: The breakfast was just ok but there was not alot of variety and had to go get my son breakfast elsewhere due to allergies. Not as clean as I hoped. HandleOn microwave broken and shower head had mold. No hot water in either bathroom of a 2 bdrm suite. Had to give my kids cold showers. Disappointed and not worth what I paid. There were no ice machines because all of the rooms had refrigerators with ice makers but the entire night ours made 20 pcs of ice and I had to go to the front desk twice for ice for the cooler for the baby’s milk

I would like to sum...

Liked: What I love the most was that Brady was amazing. Very welcoming as soon as we walked through the door. The one night that my family and I stay at the hotel was very comfortable and I will be coming back again. Brady is amazing and a great asset to the company.
Disliked: What I didn like is that my family and I could not experience being around the fire pit. Again Brady was onto of it trying to get it to work but nothing was working other then that the atmosphere was amazing

Very good
