Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Great variety and real plates and cutlery.
Disliked: Someone was smoking marijuana in our corridor despite it being a non smoking property.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Staff was very efficient. Location was perfect for us.
Disliked: The evening staff. Specifically the bartender/food service. I have made known the problem. Hopefully you will have corrected this.

Liked: The breakfast was delicious. They had so many options to choose from and had special dietary options as well. There was something for everyone! The staff were so quick to replenish everything and so friendly!
Disliked: Everything was amazing. We have nothing negative to say about our time spent there. It was an absolute dream!

Very disappointing

Disliked: There is no sound proofing in the rooms, I could clearly hear loud sound of people walking above us or talking in the passage. The restaurant is non existent and even the complementary breakfast was very inconsistent from day to day. Overall, an extremely bad value for money given the hotel’s premium price.
