Liked: Breakfast was OK Front desk person and the location were good
Disliked: The door to the room stuck and was very hard to open, The room was hot I tried to turn the air down it didn't work but there was a portable air conditioner in the room, The shower drain was clogged with hair so the shower was going to over flow so I had to remove it. Looked liked no one had ever cleaned it before

Liked: The location was good for getting around to the shows and shopping
Disliked: Our unit was in the basement! The carpet was extremely worn out. The shower doors were not put on properly and the water leaked everywhere There was soap for the dishwasher but no racks to use it. The ice maker did not work and there was none in the hotel!! Our door to the unit was very hard to open from inside! We woke up to no hot water on Saturday morning. I will be sending pictures to there Corporate office. The trash cans in the out side were over flowing . Never emptied while we were there! It was horrible!!

Liked: Location of our room.
Disliked: The front desk charged my credit card for 2 nights, which I had already paid for through Booking.com. I would never stay there again because they are crooks! Untrustworthy and rude.

Disliked: AC did not work. I left early. I did get a refund I still lost money on a lot of shows I had booked. My family and I had planned this trip a longtime ago. It was devastating having to leave early. It made me physically ill to spend one night in a hot room.

Liked: The location was the only good part. The breakfast was horrible. Milk was sour and the food wasn’t really good
Disliked: The ac in the hotel was not working in the lobby or halls and barely in the rooms The room smelled Also the elevator was not working and we had to climb three flights the whole time Very bad experience

Liked: We absolutely loved the room, everything. The staff were amazing. Unfortunately, the AC in our room wasn't working & 90°. Hotel was fully booked, so we were forced to find another hotel. Wish the AC was working because the room & staff were amazing. They were very apologetic.
