Disliked: Unfortunately, the you could tell the room was not fully cleaned. There was food on the counters, sticky spots on the floors. Large clumps of hair in the shower and bathroom floor. It is a lovely hotel, great breakfast, location, etc. but the cleanliness was a downside. The staff was very understanding and did correct the situation.

Liked: I love staying here when I visit Bozeman. It's convenient to downtown and also a very nice hotel for the money.
Disliked: My room wasn't cleaned properly when I arrived. I noticed that there were crumbs, a bobby-pin and an earplug near the bed on the floor, which means the housekeeping staff did not vacuum. Also, my shower had soap scum on the walls and the drain cover wasn't placed properly. The rooms are nice but I could tell it wasn't serviced properly. This was the second time I noticed poor housekeeping recently. My stay in either April or January had the same issues.
