Disliked: Second bedroom had a dirty bed, looked to have mold on the bottom sheet. Bed and pillows were much too soft, uncomfortable. Construction across the street and very noisy.

Liked: Clean (with one exception), comfortable, quiet, spacious rooms. Great shower. Front desk associate very courteous and helpful.
Disliked: The garbage can in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied when we arrived. Was a bit gross.

Liked: Cozy apartment feel. Great breakfasts.Heated indoor pool.Plenty of USB charging stations.Smiling, friendly and courteous staff.
Disliked: Limited handicapped rooms, Book early!

Superb

Liked: The staff were absolutley wonderful! They seemed to genuinely care about your comfort and hapiness during your stay. Our room wasn't big, but just the right size for 4 people. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes. It also had a full size fridge, a microwave, cook stove, coffee maket, and dishwasher. We enjoyed the amenities.
Disliked: Four of us stayed in one room, this is a small thing, but the bathroom was very small, with no vent fan in the bathroom.

Salem trip

Liked: The location was perfect. Central to go to Salem and to Boston. Staff was great. It was clean and spacious with the little kitchen.
