Liked: Been coming here to this location for years and we love it ! They do their best to have early check in available and 10/10 times it has been! The staff is warm and friendly on the phone and the moment the doors open your always greeted with executionalstaff who are down to earth and do everything to make your stay amazing! Rooms are always clean , pool is a great bonus just all around always a great experience ! Already looking forward to our next stay !

Liked: Great hotel. Loved the studio apartment style room. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Hotel had a $100 pet fee. On Booking.com, we understood the pet fee to be $0. It was a shock to learn that there was in fact a pet fee. Wish I had known upon booking.

Liked: Staff was trying to be of assistance.
Disliked: They overbooked the hotel and didn't give me a call in the morning to make it easier on us. They sent an email and booked me 40 minutes away from the event, making it a major inconvenience. I have yet to receive my refund.

Liked: This was a very roomy , comfy room!! Very clean! I very much enjoyed all there was to offer!
Disliked: Breakfast was great but needs a little more options , and my husband was upset he couldn't watch ESPN ch.in our room lol and pool was a little chilly.
