Fridge not working, awful shower,...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The fridge was not working. I told this at the reception desk a couple of times and they didn't do anything about it. The shower is awful, the water is either extremely cold or extremely hot.

Helpful staff and great free...

Liked: The free breakfast was very good and provided a nice variety of food. Breakfast was from 6:30 to 9:30, and the breakfast area was very busy any time after 8 with fewer choices available. Overall, the staff was very helpful and responsive to any requests that we made.
Disliked: We were disappointed with the housekeeping. Each day we had to request towels. We spent 4 nights, and we do not believe the room was cleaned during that period. We used the dishes and kitchen, and we ran the dishwasher. We were not provided with any replacement dish soap during the four days, so we left dirty dishes behind. Our kitchen trash was never emptied. We resorted to leaving a bag of trash in the hall, which was removed. We were not given a replacement trash bag for the kitchen trash can.

Liked: The hotel was perfect for our family. We like to travel with snacks that need to be kept cold and the freezer was great for refreezing our ice packs.The pool was clean and fitness center was nice. The continental breakfast was a nice way to start the day
Disliked: There was a definitely a language barrier with the gentleman who checked us in. He didn't explain anything he was doing to check us in.
