Great people not great accommodations.

Liked: Staff were exceedingly friendly
Disliked: Overall condition of furnishings and decor. Bathroom door had scratched paint, closet door was off its hinge, couch piping worn and frayed, frayed worn furniture in elevator areas and carpet in hotel foyer was frayed around all edges. The general impression was that ownership didn’t really care and prompted the question of how run down do items have to be before they are replaced. Also, I found some of the breakfast items inedible due to the quality.

Disliked: Bedding, for a 2 days stay, garbage not emptied, Shower head not solid and 2 switches lights in bathroom would be better.

Disliked: The mattress is like sleeping on the floor. It needs to be replaced immediately.

Liked: Staff are very nice and honest. I left my stanley cup and it was still there once I got downstairs. I also celebrated my daughter’s birthday, staff were friendly and the maids were amazing!!
