My personal experience was not...

Liked: We had a mostly great experience during our stay — the hotel itself is very nice, with a perfect location, a pleasant breakfast, a good pool, and, most importantly, very kind and helpful front desk and lobby staff.However, we were traveling as a group of three families and all booked the same type of room with identical prices. Unfortunately, our room turned out to be the worst among the three, despite the same rate. To make matters worse, the pull-out sofa was not prepared with clean bedding, and we shockingly found a hairbrush left by a previous guest inside the folded mattress — it was extremely unpleasant.When we requested clean bedding, a staff member brought wrinkled and clearly not fresh linens, and simply said that housekeeping was responsible for the issue, then left. This level of service was disappointing and unacceptable.I sincerely hope the management will take this feedback seriously and ensure that such situations do not happen again. Furthermore, I believe some form of compensation is appropriate, as all four members of my family were forced to sleep in one bed due to this issue.
