We stayed one night to attend an event - had a wonderful time. We were very pleased that the check in was quick and easy - they were able to assist us with directions. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable.

Liked: Very clean; pleasant staff; great breakfast.
Disliked: Leave trash bin out of cabinet.

Liked: Complete kitchen; sink outside the bathroom, so two people can be getting ready at once; heated pool
Disliked: Bed mattress was uncomfortably soft; lumpy, uncomfortable pull-out sofa; lovely-looking hot tub I'd seen in the photos and looked forward to using no longer exists, as it's been cemented and tiled over

Liked: The staff was great.
Disliked: I had to pay $7.00 for parking. Still pissed about this. Wasn’t listed anywhere on the booking. This hotel is in an industrial park in a suburb. Parking is not at a premium. I would have booked elsewhere out of principal.

Liked: Staff were very friendly. Hotel was dog friendly. Great location near shopping centers, gas stations, restaurants, etc.
Disliked: Dog poop everywhere in the back of the hotel, there was a container for poop and bags but it was over flowing. Like walking through land mines.
