Liked: The entire staff was amazing the assistant manager Kevin went above and beyond to make sure my party and I were properly accommodated! We need more Kevins! I will return and recommend due to his amazing customer service!

Overall balance is positive, the...

Liked: Breakfast was OK, but the choices were limited. Location was close to bus lines, but the delays in some bus lines, especially line 1, were often too large.
Disliked: The scheduling of room cleaning had margin for improvement, several times we had to request room cleaning on days where it was scheduled but was not done.

2001 Washington Boston Dtwn/ South...

Liked: Clean, kitchen amenities included a stovetop, stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. The bathroom was big. Slept 4 people comfortably.. 24 hour security. Continental breakfast had many choices. Lobby area was comfortable.
Disliked: Location was questionable: deserted park was window view and drunks urinating in park.

Liked: The access to NE University and downtown Boston are all close by and within 10 USD via Uber or Lyft
Disliked: Only 1 washing machine need 02 of them
