Disliked: I didn't like that they said they're charging extra cash just in case of property damage they'll refund it after but they didn't.

Liked: Convenient parking good prices
Disliked: The night desk attendant constantly was on the phone and by phone I mean, had her earbud or buds in whichever it was and just seemed like you were bothering her if you asked her a question so that was annoying

Superb

Liked: The hotel manager was excellent and worked hard to get us another hotel with a swimming pool for our grandsons to enjoy... the whole point of staying there!
Disliked: Booking.com did NOT communicate that the hotel pool was closed.

Could be better could be...

Liked: The room set up was good.
Disliked: Very expensive items in the market area, breakfast was 50/50 nothing spectacular but it was editable. The heating system woke me, my boyfriend and my kids up at 2am and 4am out of a dead sleep. Wall are paper thin you can hear EVERYTHNG we had loud people around us and it was ridiculous .
