Disliked: Beds made only every other day. Terrible way to save money at the expense of guests. For this reason won’t return.

Liked: Staff was wonderful as our family had been traveling for hours and they checked us in quickly and allowed us to check out a little late. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was more than continental which made everyone happy! I was surprised we sat in the adjacent sitting areas a few times as we rarely have done anywhere. Cleanliness everywhere was a 10!
Disliked: We wish the water in the pool was warmer. It felt like a stagnant place but it could have been the day. We could've asked for assistance but it was fine.

Disliked: EV charging station did not work, called the provider (loop) and they could not fix it, very disappointing and never happened with other stations (ChargePoint) to me.

Liked: Despite the industrial looking location the hotel was beautifully appointed with a friendly, helpful staff and it was close to several good restaurants, Our room was spacious, the bathroom was huge ( a bonus for 3 people sharing it) and the beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed. The staff was very accommodating when we asked for more linens and pillows to make the sofa bed. The breakfast was full of nice options and well stocked. A great choice for our road trip!
