Nicely appointed room - very clean. Staff was friendly and breakfast was plentiful. So close to Fenway Park and House of Blues. We'll definitely stay here again!

Everyone was so nice and my son said the hotel was lovely, especially the roof top bar. This hotel was very close to the House of Blues which made him very comfortable. Thank you for your assistance.

Very comfortable.

Liked: We were happy with the room, the staff were great and the location was great.
Disliked: It was a little noisy during the night with the air conditioner and the refrigerator.

Seriously disappointes.

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: Sold an extra large double bed. Given a tiny double. Immediately informed staff who told me the measurements of beds and did not offer to make any changes. They advised me to complain to booking.com. I was friendly towards staff. Staff (Katie) were not helpful or friendly.

Liked: Location, size of the suite.
Disliked: The staff was impolite, the room was not clean enough (we stayed 4 nights, housekeeping has not been in the room once!), it was almost impossible to get the company information printed on the invoice. Overpriced, way overpriced.

Very good

Liked: Clean and spacious suite with well-equipped kitchenette. Friendly and helpful staff. Small convenience store in the lobby. Target and many coffee shops/restaurants within short walking distance.
Disliked: Considering this is a 3-star hotel located near a construction area in Fenway, it was too overpriced for what it was.

A perfect weekend getaway.

Liked: My son is a doctor at Beth Israel Hospital so we were visiting him and our daughter in-law. It was a 10 minute walk to their place. So location was awesome. Your breakfast was great! You have such a great selection to choose from that no one should have a problem there. The people who work there are friendly, hard working , and professional.
Disliked: The construction work that started around 6:30am on Monday. Not your hotel's fault.

Won’t be back.

Liked: Position good and like having a kitchenette.
Disliked: Practically no water pressure in kitchen. Air con unit noisy - could also hear neighbours. Bed close to drawers with tv on and they wouldn’t stay closed so really annoying in the dark. Hallway dirty. Luggage trolley left outside our room for 3 days. One staff member rude. Would not recommend or stay again.

A very nice hotel with...

Liked: Great location in the Boston BackBay/Fenway area, close to River Charles and MIT, and to the Green T Line for reaching the city center. Spacious and comfortable rooms (studio type) well equipped, also with kitchenware. Great breakfast buffet, with a wide choice of meals.
Disliked: The room cleaning is not daily, it every second day. The fridge in the room and fans in the corridor were very noisy overnight.
