Nicely appointed room - very clean. Staff was friendly and breakfast was plentiful. So close to Fenway Park and House of Blues. We'll definitely stay here again!

Everyone was so nice and my son said the hotel was lovely, especially the roof top bar. This hotel was very close to the House of Blues which made him very comfortable. Thank you for your assistance.

Disliked: The air filter in my room (217) needs to be changed. I could smell it as soon as I walked in.

Great home base to explore...

Liked: Clean, comfortable, quiet. Restaurants, grocery, Target all within walking distance. Easy to get an Uber when needed.
Disliked: Check on construction status in the surrounding area. We were not bothered by any noise at all, however it could be different in the future.

Liked: We were happy with the room, the staff were great and the location was great.
Disliked: It was a little noisy during the night with the air conditioner and the refrigerator.

Disliked: Sold an extra large double bed. Given a tiny double. Immediately informed staff who told me the measurements of beds and did not offer to make any changes. They advised me to complain to booking.com. I was friendly towards staff. Staff (Katie) were not helpful or friendly.
