Disliked: Some of the things in my room were broken. For the life of me I couldn’t find the front office from inside the hotel.

Disliked: We stay here a lot because you can get an affordable 1BR suite with a nice pullout couch in the living room but this time the hallway we were on was loud and rowdy as late as midnight, with some guy across from us yelling the N-word over and over again. I think this facility also provides some kind of temporary ongoing housing for low-income people which is fine but the facility should tell those folks that it's also a hotel for paying guests and they need to be quiet, especially after 10 or 11pm.

Liked: My partner and I like staying here because we can get an actual small 1BR apartment to stay in and hence each have our own bed if we want it. The place is well managed and very clean - I think it may also provide longterm housing for low-income local residents without other options but that doesn't bother us. The coffee in the morning is awful but thankfully there is a Dunkin' nearby.
Disliked: For such a basic place that doesn't cost too much, this place is fine. There is also a small gym.

Great room and location

Liked: Great room set up! Loved the kitchenette, got to spend more quality time as a family since we did not have to go out to eat.
Disliked: The breakfast Buffett could have had a few more hot choices and an added waffle maker would have been perfect so there wasn’t so much waiting.
