Wonderful facilities and beautiful hotel;...

Liked: Very spacious, great facilities, wonderful breakfast, comfy beds. Very clean and beautiful grounds.
Disliked: We could hear the people above us walking back and forth late into the night and early in the morning.

Superb

Friendly and safe stay

Liked: Property could use a refreshing. Paint and pool area. However the staff was exceptional! I have been places where the staff is surface courteous. This staff was completely genuine with friendliness.
Disliked: Elevator was a bit jumpy.

Pretty good. Except some guests...

Liked: LocationStaff helpful and informative.
Disliked: Some of the utensils were not clean. Not washed by previous guests. Breakfast was okay.

Clean room and quiet.

Liked: Clean and staff was friendly.
Disliked: The parking spaces were small. Not wide enough.

Exceptional

Liked: Closed to hospital, food, and shopping. Very quiet and cleaned.
Disliked: The couch could be replaced..they were stained and pretty used up. Maybe more seating available.

Pleasant

Liked: It was close to what I needed. The kitchen was nice and had everything you would need, although I didn't use it.
Disliked: It was a little run down. The wallpaper was peeling, the tiles were cracked in the bathroom, the furniture was stained, the curtains had marker coloring on them, and there was a burn hole in the carpet. I would say this is a 2 star hotel and not somewhere I would stay again.
