Very nice but not perfect.

Liked: It was very cozy and comfortable with areas that I would like to sit and enjoy if we had more time.
Disliked: I didn’t like that there was not a Jacuzzi. I also did not like that my room was booked as a king or queen size bed and we ended up with a queen. Really wanted a king. I wish I could have just booked a room with a king and not had to roll the dice and hope for the best.

Liked: The check in staff was very friendly and we liked the room. The location was great (near the park, university, and downtown) and the area very walkable and safe.

Will not be staying here...

Liked: The studio aspect with a kitchen was nice, location was great for work/leisure. Breakfast included was also ideal.
Disliked: Our room smelt like fish on arrival and stayed that way. No housekeeping unless requested. Paid parking every night even though the cost of hotel was already high. Did not have the pans needed for cooking. No cooking spray (glad I brought my own). No soap in the kitchen made cooking difficult when I had to walk to the bathroom to wash my hands, in between cooking with meats. Pillows were lumpy. No hot tub, outdoor pool with no heating aspect, lots of potholes in the parking lot, and the list goes on.
