Great Location

Liked: Great location! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, stores, events prime location.
Disliked: No fans in the room for the bathroom or air circulation in the room. We were on the 9th floor with an amazing view, but unable to open a window. Room air was stuffy. We had a constant drip in the shower. We were able to put towels down to absorb the noise. Just wished we had a fan to drown out the noise, otherwise we would of had a perfect nights sleep.

Liked: Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Disliked: Our room location was on the third floor near the patio deck and the lights were on all night the first night. Asked the staff to turn off the second and they did. The toilet ran the entire stay.

Great. I was there barely...

Liked: Very nice and competent staff. Clean.
Disliked: Maybe train the person who mops up after breakfast that they should wait for a customer to get up from the table prior to mopping under their feet with smelly chemicals. The smell of chemicals, eggs and coffee don't go well together.

Great hotel!

Liked: Nice hotel with great rooms, placed in the wonderful Boise city downtown. Great lounge with live music.
Disliked: the doors in our room were a bit shabby, the breakfast was just ok
