Disliked: The maintenance staff member show up at my room with no identification maintaining he had to enter the room. He reported the front desk informed him I called but I did not. He was too insistent.

Beautiful happy wedding.

Liked: Location to the wedding venue, food, shopping, etc
Disliked: Cost!! Way over priced!! Cost almost as much as a weeks trip to the beach or mountains!!:(!!

Liked: The staff is always amazing!! Beds very comfortable and the remodel was nice.
Disliked: The Tv channels were awful and then there was the WiFi… OMG it was terrible and made it very difficult to watch anything. Then the price was the highest we’ve ever paid and this is the only hotel we go to when coming to AL. We were just very disappointed.

Liked: Very good facilities The rooms were very clean The breakfast was good - with different selections . Coffee good - shame it wasn’t available all day. Loved the events in the evening especially if you just wanted a snack Pool area was great and the barbecues

Liked: Great location off the highwayLaundry facilities and large room with everything you need! Big fridge - supermarket across the streetGreat breakfast! And free meal and drink x2 a week. Staff were wonderful! Super helpful and friendly Great pool area too!
