Liked: Close to SUNY Binghamton
Disliked: Tiny toilet. The separate room created for toilet and shower is at too small. If there is another renovation, consider making the bathroom area one large room.

Liked: It felt like home away from home. Nice surroundings and clean
Disliked: The only thing I could say is if you’re on the bottom floor, you can hear the footsteps above your room.
