It was okay but not...

Liked: Very good breakfast. Pleasant staff.
Disliked: Heating/Air conditioning unit was very loud and was directed at the bed. No towel rack within reach of the shower door. The hair dryer was full of lint and looked as if it had been overheated.

Almost everything one would expect...

Liked: I received a questionnaire from the hotel shortly after our December stay and answered the same questions.And the hotel staff responded.We were in Amsterdam in last April, 2024. We passed "booking.com's" world HQ many times on the water.Impressive structure!!"
Disliked: The ONLY negative was the horribly LOUD heating blower for the swimming pool area!! So loud, a conversation was difficult, as was a desire for some quiet time while swimming and exercising in the late evening.POOR PLANNING BY THE DESIGN TEAM IN HEATING THE POOL ROOM!!! A QUIET SERIES OF FLOOR HEATING PANELS WOULD BE FAR SUPERIOR & EVER SO QUIET!!
