The Residence Inn was wonderful; people at the front desk were very friendly and the place was clean and the timber kitchen was wonderful also. The room was just wonderful and I will make sure to stay there again.

Beautiful, comfortable hotel. Will definitely be back; clean; friendly. I have stayed at a lot of hotels including Residence Inns - this one is the best of the best! Easy access to the restaurant and the amphitheatre.

Liked: Property was super clean. The room was amazingly clean and everything appeared new.
Disliked: The staff could use some warming up. Very direct and cold. Get some synergy between the restaurant down stairs so the guest get some type of priority or at least get an opportunity to make a reservation. No ATM on site. So down to the gas station?

The best the area has...

Liked: The property is warm and inviting and for the most part the facility is clean The breakfast is 5 star and their presentation is amazing.
Disliked: The staff could use some warming up. Malik was not rude but not as friendly and inviting as I would have expected. Very short direct and non informative My room was a little dated the fridge has punch or some dents in it and was blowing cold air all night. . They have zero synergy between the restaurant down stairs and they hotel guests. You would think you could get a reservation staying there to eat but no.

Liked: We love everything about this property. Great location to the Cross Center and Hollywood Casino. The pool, hot tub and breakfast are great. Staff is super friendly. Having a fabulous restaurant on the property is awesome.
Disliked: Nothing

My new place to stay...

Liked: Everything was great as expected and I plan to stay there more in the future. I also like the attached Timber restaurant.
Disliked: The only thing that I wish could change was the ending time of the morning breakfast. I missed the 9am close each day.
