Disliked: Staff were not customer service driven and quite combative with us. They chose to address issues with minor children and threatened them instead of dealing with the parents/adults that were there on-site. They quoted “rules” they said were posted on their website but were not able to provide it when asked for them.

Bad

Liked: They charged my card for more money than the original amount.
Disliked: Everything

Meets expectations.

Liked: I liked the size of the room with kitchen which included refrigerator, microwave, small range top for cooking, etc.
Disliked: The cost should be a little cheaper considering you only offer Queen beds not King beds. Also consider adding more variety/options for breakfast (maybe someone to make omelets).

Liked: Location. Close to things we wanted to do. Close to family in that area.
Disliked: Minor things. Ice maker in refrigerator didn't work. Even though the coffee urns were always available in lobby area there were several times there was no coffee.
