enjoyable, relaxing, and pleasant

Liked: Location was convenient and near retail stores/restaurants but off the main road for quietness and a sense of privacy. Room was quiet and comfortable, breakfast was good.
Disliked: Breakfast area was too crowded, difficult to access food on countertop. Area was simply too small considering the number of customers.

Liked: Staff was especially nice. The receptionist Renee is incredible. I was having a horrible day and she reversed it. What a special person.Every hotel should have a Renee.
Disliked: Parking lot was alittle icy.
