Good after the fisrt problem...

Disliked: When book and paid when book no one told us about extra money for incident every think could have been paid at that time not after I got there I have a handicap so my family make sure everything taken care before hand So I don't have to deal with the finance if I'm traveling alone please consider this for the next person I could not checkin until my family clear up everything

Nice hotel, terrible parking situation

Liked: Room was spacious and clean. Comfy beds. Shower only.
Disliked: Parking is valet only! This was what we hated. We could tell that our car had been gone through and it took forever to get our car back from valet. If you want to load you car up before you leave, you have to wait forever for your car. It was not a nice parking experience. Also $$$$ super expensive to park. They give you no other option. There is no other local garage or street parking that offers overnight.
