Liked: I skipped breakfast.
Disliked: I asked someone to change the sheets on the bad because I had gotten sick and threw up a little bit and she said she would get to it and she didn’t so I had to keep the sheets on another so and put a towel over it

Disliked: When arriving the door didn’t work properly and they had to call someone in to fix it. I was up later than usual because of this left in a hurry and left behind a laptop bag. A standard black laptop bag inside it was 2 laptops, portable monitor, power cords external bar drive and a vape. I was the only guest in this room, I did have a visitor he and I are separated currently. Even though he wasn’t in the room he was able to go to this location and pick up items I left behind and his name was nowhere near the reservation in any way. When asked the desk about it and I could come get it she told me she gave it to someone who “could describe the bag”. This was a laptop bag that whoever is reading this right now has a 90% chance of describing because it was a basic black laptop bag without any identifying information. She also admitted she didn’t look in the back. She says he described it so she gave it to him now I get to explain this to my employer because he is claiming he doesn’t have it and they were my responsibility. Very upset.

Good value in prime location...

Liked: Location and staff are great. Nice shaded pool with tables, lounges, umbrellas and chair for disabled people to enter and leave the pool
Disliked: Ice machine broke and the refrigerator in my room has an ice maker, but the water line was not hooked up
