Good place to stay!

Liked: Everyone! Every employee we spoke with was helpful and kind and they were all in a great mood. They seemed to enjoy their work in the 'customer service' industry!
Disliked: No restaurant; but great suite with stove top, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, etc., so we took a short walk.

Liked: I loved the hotel, staff and service; my family and I were very pleased.

Disliked: Every floor smelled like weed and cigarettes. For the price I was like WTF. If I had to stay more than 1 night I would have moved hotels.

While enjoyable, I would not...

Liked: The breakfast was awesome. The staff took pride in providing a very good breakfast for everyone daily. They had quiche one day, cheese omelets another day, and it just rotated various items.
Disliked: The beds. The bed in the master bedroom was very hard, also the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. The sink in the master bedroom would often become stuck and you would have to just wait for the water run out. Also, the internet. The first night was were staying at the hotel, the internet was completely down. I suggested to the front desk staff that a simple reboot of the router would fix the problem, but they would not attempt it. The internet ready smart tvs in our rooms never fully work. You could not access the internet at all.

Liked: Location, staff, and amenities were great.
Disliked: They were so many fees attached to each night so the value we thought we were getting was in fact not a value at all.

It was all smooth until...

Liked: The property is ok ,rooms were spacious and Clean , but you need to have an email for the hotel and contact directly I forgot several items in the room and I can't get the hotel !!
Disliked: The staff who checked me out was not helpful another black lady had to intervene for systems , he kept on insisting I have not paid while I had already paid but a black lady came and helped me , please intervene and let me know the name of that lady I would like to know her and personally thank her for what she did to me !! The man was arrogant , terrible and he will spoil the good name of the hotel

I was expecting more for...

Liked: Good location. Convenient valet parking. But very expensive.
Disliked: It is a bit rundown. It can use a coat of paint, new carpet, glue the wallpaper, fix the water damage on the ceiling. The people at the front desk where ver nice and helpful but the people at the valet parking where very grumpy.

We really enjoyed our stay;...

Liked: The breakfast was good and the location was just right for the places we had to visit.
Disliked: No complaints.
