Liked: The rooms are beautiful.
Disliked: The bathtub was not clean and it had pee running down the bottom of the toilet and the kitchen floor had not been swept even after I spoke with the front desk I soon she told the housekeeping lady to come and clean it and the shower curtain she did change the shower curtain but she didn't clean the bottom of the toilet or clean the tub out but everything else was great. They are the best efficiency apartments here in the area to me. And they didn't wipe down the countertop and the sink area it is a virus still going around so I am very skeptical about disinfecting certain areas like the countertops and the table chairs but all the same I really like the room.

Horrible

Disliked: The toilet wouldn't flush. The maintenance worker poured draino in the toilet and left to plungers in the room. I couldn't sleep in the bed I slept on the sofa.

Liked: Could have been more options for breakfast
Disliked: The shower had hair inside and the last guess socks was behind the bathroom door

Enjoyed the stay.

Liked: The suite was just what we needed for our family. Having the kitchenette available was really helpful. I liked having a television in each room with access to some cable channels. The breakfast was good each morning. Thank you.
Disliked: I didn't like that I needed to go to the front desk for ice. We received a little yellow card upon check-in, directing us to the front desk for ice. When I asked for the ice, the desk attendant told me it was in the room. It was not in the room. She gave it to me in a bag, which was much appreciated. The room was not clean. There was stuck oatmeal in the microwave on the heating plate; had to wash that before heating up my husband's food. There was syrup stuck on the table. The bathroom sink and tub in both bathrooms had hair and something else stuck in it. When I asked housekeeping to come clean it, she cleaned it for me. I don't know what it was. It did not rinse away with hot water when I tried to remove it. These were all avoidable cleaning issues. I hope in the future that the microwave is checked and the table is wiped down for the next guest.

Just quiet.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Loved the biscuit especially.
Disliked: Some measures should be in place to ensure that everyone who comes in for breakfast is a resident. A lady harassed my child during breakfast. She followed her around the food range while attacking her with racial slurs. I believe if people were made to understand that everyone who comes down to eat is a guest, the little white lady would not have been so offended by her presence. Leaving my child somewhat troubled. We felt very unsafe after that and decided to spend the day in the room.
