Great place to stay if attending a concert at the Tabernacle. Close to resaurants; easy to get to; friendly staff.

Liked: We enjoyed our stay overall.
Disliked: This hotel continues to charge my credit card weeks, months after staying there. When I call, they say that they have no evidence of me ever staying there. They say I need to call Booking for the confirmation number.

Liked: I love the location and the look of the hotel. The views were amazing too.
Disliked: The staff member at the front desk working overnight ran my card for fifty dollars more than my reservation and without zero explanation of how much my card would be charged and not a very friendly person to greet guests. Breakfast was really a let down too because both juices were empty so they only had water coming out. The guy in charge of breakfast was too busy standing over everyone watching them which was very uncomfortable. All they had was eggs sausages and potatoes. They definitely need someone different in charge of breakfast. The young man working overnight valet was very polite and helpful.

Wonderful rooms and decent stay...

Liked: The room was really nice and had a full fridge and kitchenette, which I was not expecting and excited to see. There were dishes there too, so we could have prepared food if we didn't feel liking going out. The beds were very comfortable. The staff seemed very friendly too. My friend and I explored the city before and after check out, and they were willing to hold our bags while we were out and about but didn't have access to our rooms.
Disliked: The thermostat was a little tricky, and didn't seem to consistently stay on. The bathroom had a toilet and shower that were separate from the sink area. I'm not particularly fond of that style, but others might be. The breakfast included multiple hot items which was nice, but some of the items fell flat, like the sausage or the scrambled eggs.
