Great location for Biltmore visit

Liked: Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Had a dog in the room next door. Dog started barking when occupants would go to breakfast. Not a great way to start the day! Tried to call front desk and phone wouldn't work.Made reservation on booking.com and was unaware it would not qualify for rewards program. Frond desk did not say anything when I gave them reward number at check-in. They would have been able to see reservation was made through booking.com, and did not inform us it would not quality.

Liked: Great customer service and friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were great and breakfast was excellent. Only 0.5 miles away from Biltmore Estate. Many dining options nearby. Had pool and hot tub.
