This was a very unpleasant...

Liked: The breakfast was Great! Staff was friendly
Disliked: The mattress was flat. Toilet stopped up, maintenance came and unstopped it and it ran over again. The room was cold on arrival. Tried adjusting heat. Didn't work. Maintenance came to fix it. It felt like we were in hell with no way of turning it off. We had to open the windows. Worse trip even and it was my birthday. We should have been moved to another room. Unexceptable

Liked: Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. A lot of the staff wore Christmas Pajamas. There was always hot and cold traditional Christmas drinks. As well as cold water, tea, and coffee.I had to work remotely for 2 days and had a nice quiet area to do so.The holiday decorations were beautiful and festive. There was even a well stocked emergency gift wrapping station.The daily breakfast had something for everyone. Fresh fruit, hot and cold drinks, eggs, sausage (beef, turkey, pork) potatoes, Belgium waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, etc.
Disliked: Filtered water tasted funny after sitting for a while

Liked: Location to the local area.
Disliked: Property was fine, but if a room has a fireplace in it, then you would think they would have at least enough coffee for two. I only had coffee condiments for one.
