Good with some improvements needed.

Liked: Location as very good close to Metro, as the residence type rooms have kitchens and they are good size.
Disliked: Breakfast has very limited choices, there is not coffee/tea available 24/7 - just during the breakfast. Bathroom is outdated.

Liked: It was clean. The breakfast was good and the price was reasonable.
Disliked: The lady at the front desk was mean and very rude, and I would go back as long as she’s not employed there anymore

Exceeded my expectations, will definitely...

Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable! I traveled for work and where I needed to go was within walking distance which made the location perfect for me. I had a very quick breakfast because I had to run right after it opened, but what I had was very good. There are lots of different places to get food within walking distance of the hotel.
Disliked: I had the shower on as hot as it could go and it was only mildly hot, and not as hot as I was hoping it would be. They only had one person checking people in so there was a line that took a while to work through.

Liked: Clean room.
Disliked: Pet fee is extreme @ $150 per night. Nearby hotels of same caliber (or better) charge $50. Went to eat breakfast at 9:20am and buffet was closed. They reopened so we could grab a bite, which was nice. They were also taking down the coffee at 9:30am on a Sunday. The pet fee was the most offensive part of the stay. We can walk to our daughter’s house from your hotel, but we will not return based this fee. As a Marriott fan, i was extremely disappointed.
