Liked: The location is good if you are using a car as there is nothing in walking distance. The room was clean, there is a small kitchen with everything you would need. We enjoyed gym and swimming pool.

Disliked: Did I didn’t get my refund didn’t even get to stay in there they refused to give me a room after they already took my money and told me that it wasn’t a refundable policy

Awesome til it got pink...

Liked: Everything was great, the room, the location, the hospitality.
Disliked: Only complaint was we ended up with pink eye immediately after we swam in the pool.

Liked: The last night.
Disliked: We've stayed here in the past and the experience has always been great. Don't know if management changed or what, but experience this time was terrible. Facility was always filthy., staff was not very pleasant, had to call front desk due to loud noises while trying to sleep, people constantly running and stomping, and had to go out for breakfast because continental breakfast was so bad.

Exceptional

Liked: With a separate sleeping area we can get up and have coffee while the other stays asleep. Also, we live in a village so we get alot of groceries. The full refrigerator lets us keep all the frozen/chill stuff ready to pack the day we travel.
Disliked: They always put me so far away from the elevator. It's such a huge hotel but there are only one in the front and one in the back. You should put elevators on all four sides.
