Not for guests with disabilities

Liked: Overall, the room layout was pretty decent, however it was very tight living quarters. The kitchen area was set up well for family style meals. The bedrooms were very small. And the common area was very small as well.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I reserved this hotel 3 months in advance and requested an accessibility room. I even followed up and called them and they told me it would be available. However, on arrival they did not give us an accessibility room and the person who had a disability had a difficult time using facilities since they were not handicapped accessible. They offered two separate rooms that were much smaller but that wouldn't work For our family and this was our family vacation. They gave attitude because I booked through a third party. However, I did call up to make sure to get the accessibility room and they confirmed that we would receive it yet they did not follow through. I would not recommend this hotel especially if someone in your party has a disability because it will not be guaranteed if you will actually get the room that you need

Liked: The location is good if you are using a car as there is nothing in walking distance. The room was clean, there is a small kitchen with everything you would need. We enjoyed gym and swimming pool.

Disliked: Did I didn’t get my refund didn’t even get to stay in there they refused to give me a room after they already took my money and told me that it wasn’t a refundable policy

Awesome til it got pink...

Liked: Everything was great, the room, the location, the hospitality.
Disliked: Only complaint was we ended up with pink eye immediately after we swam in the pool.

Disliked: We've stayed here in the past and the experience has always been great. Don't know if management changed or what, but experience this time was terrible. Facility was always filthy., staff was not very pleasant, had to call front desk due to loud noises while trying to sleep, people constantly running and stomping, and had to go out for breakfast because continental breakfast was so bad.
