Agents were very nice, room...

Liked: we liked the size of the room/suite. Great Location-convenient and close to everything including Disney land
Disliked: It seemed to clean upon arrival but after looking baseboards had dust, fridge wasn't wiped out thoroughly, Furniture and furnishings were outdated. Bathroom, tub, sink needs gutting as its old, stained. The toilet is so low it feels like you are sitting on the floor. We could only open our windows an inch as they were bolted. The breakfast while convenient, was bland, undercooked. The worst part of our stay was our water pressure and temperature. The only day I managed to what I considered a hot shower was our departure morning! We had at least 2 showers per day!

I definitely wouldn’t stay at...

Liked: The location is very close to Disneyland.
Disliked: We had a broken sink and bathtub. We didn’t receive any wash cloths. I also requested more towels but never received them.

Great place but booking.com caused...

Liked: The property we have stated at many times. Booking messed my reservation up when I got there. Took almost an hour to check in because I had to shorten my stay. They were great but you charged me to cancel a day and I hope I get refunded for the one day. Apparently you did it to many other guests. This may be the last time I go thru booking. Not happy at all. Last time I used booking they couldn’t even find me because of the way you punched my name in.
Disliked: I loved the property. The manager was very kind and helped me thru it all. Booking caused a problem when checking in.

Disliked: Parking was too much for $28 . The website said $20 but they charged us $28 but my bank acct was charged $30 & additional $1??!
