Liked: I expected more from a residence inn! The orange juice machine was out of order! The eggs tasted like they were made with powder! My wife didn’t like the coffee!
Disliked: I complained to the front desk that our room was cold and the heater wasn’t working! They couldn’t remedy the situation! Also the bathroom was not cleaned very well!

Liked: Staff was very nice. The lady doing breakfast was obviously hard working and very kind.
Disliked: Hallways and room were dirty and dingy. Pool and hot tub were closed. Our view was the back of a bush and about 30 piles of poop right under the window. Tv didn't work right.
