Disliked:  Our experience was truly disappointing.We had booked 2 bedrooms for 3 nights butdue to weather conditions, we experienced problems with our flights and arrived in Albuquerque a day later than planned.Although I notified the hotel of our delay ( directly by phone to the hotel reception and also by messages through the booking agency), requesting that they keep the reservation, upon arriving at the hotel early in the morning, we found that they had canceled the reservation and charged our credit card for the cancellation fee.Although we tried to clarify the situation with the person in charge of the hotel reception upon our arrival, the attitude of that person (assistant manager) was uncooperative and, at times, even disrespectful and condescending.Therefore, we decided to make a reservation at another hotel in the area, where the treatment was the exactly the opposite of that at the Reinassance Inn: friendly, helpful, and empathetic to our situation.For these reasons, we give the Residence Inn in Albuquerque the lowest possible rating...

Disliked: NO HOT WATER! Carpet was ragged in a few places. Charged $100 for my dog for 1 nights stay- that seems outrageous! The property needs some work

Liked: Location was convenient to the events we had planned for our family getaway.
Disliked: We arrived at 1am only to be told that there was no hot water and the pool was out of service. We decided to stay and wait it out because it was too late to drive around Abq so late at night with two small kids. The following morning I asked front desk when they were estimating hot water to be back on and the employee said it has been over 10 days with no hot water! They sent us to the neighbor hotel to use the pool. 🤡 You would think 2 nights for $300 the hotel would be in much better shape. Breakfast was pretty basic. Two cereal choices, oatmilk, eggs and potatoes yogurt and bread. Due to the inconvenience we were waived the parking fee. 🤨 THE PARKING FEE! The day we checked out the hot water was back on.

Liked: Did not stay.
Disliked: I checked in via my iphone the morning of my first booked day, March 8th. When I arrived in person to check in at 4:30 that day (a Saturday) I was informed that there was no hot water until Monday. Why did I only learn that then (!)?????!!!!I also heard that the hot water had been out all week, so I really wonder why I was not contacted by the property.The hotel clerk seemed depressed and I don't blame him because he had no power.

Disliked: Water pressure sucked. Very little hot water. No hot breakfast. We got to the breakfast area at 7 and there was only oatmeal and cereal. Apple juice looked like water.
