Liked: Clean and comfortable
Disliked: Water pressure sucked. Very little hot water. No hot breakfast. We got to the breakfast area at 7 and there was only oatmeal and cereal. Apple juice looked like water.

Liked: We didn't eat breakfast....the room was perfect, 100% clean, was very roomy and will stay there again in the future! Was very quiet, super clean, great location, staff was very helpful & needed directions, great staff, will stay again!!
Disliked: The boiler was being worked on, so the shower was cold, but was told ahead of time...

Great outside refrigerator didn’t work.

Liked: very nice accommodations
Disliked: The Refrigerator didn’t work in room.The front desk gave me a bag of ice be size freezer in room didn’t work either.

BULLIES

Disliked: After paying 212 dollars online, I went to check in and they wanted an additional 150 dollars that is not mentioned and I didn't have it, so I got ripped off, because there aren't any refunds, hope you all like being a BULLY.

Superb

It was fine.

Liked: Super friendly folks during check in and out. Explained the Uber process after we found out there was no airport shuttle.
Disliked: If you're going to put Airport in your hotel name, you better offer a shuttle. I didn't think twice about making a reservation because I assumed an airport hotel would offer an airport shuttle. We were okay with Uber, but that should be upfront, where a guest has to check a box acknowledging they understand there was no shuttle. Or take Airport out of your name.

It was overall okay

Liked: The room was nice.
Disliked: Breakfast seemed limited. The blowdryer in the room looked burnt and didn’t work.

Liked: Good breakfast. Fell over cut down yucca. Put holes in my legs n foot n knee. Staff had only 2 small bandaids n no 1st aid kit.
Disliked: 1st aid kit needed.
