Liked: Staff were so polite and friendly. Super helpful!New and modern feelWell designed living space with mini kitchen that was well stocked with essential tools and such Comfortable bed Delicious breakfast with many options for our family needs .. keto, gluten free, vegetarian (it's not easy!).
Disliked: Elevator issues that weekend The pull out couch bed was ok, not great.The blankets for the pull out were scratchy. My kids would have liked a comforter or quilt.

Pet Fee was Outrageous -...

Liked: The room was very nice. We registered that there would be 3 of us staying in the room and we needed use of the pull out couch. I had to call down to the front desk for bedding. It should have been in the room.
Disliked: We were charged $150 to have our daughter's cat in the room even though she was crated and we made sure to keep the room clean. We should have booked else where. We have never ever been charge a fee for a pet and it was not listed on booking.com. As much as we liked your hotel, we would never stay there again with a pet.
