Pleasant

Liked: It was clean and the rooms were spacious.
Disliked: We had a king suite with a pull out bed. There were no linens or pillow for the pull out bed. We had to call 3 times to get them and they never brought them forcing us to pull a blanket from the main bed for my son to use to sleep.The front desk receptionist dropped a whole container of prepackaged salt and pepper on the floor in the breakfast area and then picked it up and handed some to my daughter.There was open individual containers of cream cheese in the breakfast area with the new containers making it appear as though the staff put them back after guests had taken them and opened them.

Liked: Location would have been nice, but my son was not allowed to stay.
Disliked: My son was not allowed to stay since he was under 21. This was NOT shown as a requirement. Request for a refund was ignored.

Liked: The kitchenette was fabulous.

It was OK because being...

Liked: Bfast was cold and had no warm cereal available. Room too close to interstate noise.
Disliked: Location ,staff availability and bfast.
